Ask an EngineerWhat makes VyomaTech different from a reseller?
VyomaTech is a manufacturer — we own the factory, built the product, and stock spare parts. Resellers import and rebadge. That means factory-direct pricing, real warranty support, and engineer troubleshooting no reseller can match.
What warranty do you offer?
5-year comprehensive warranty on LED modules, power supplies, and receiving cards — backed by spare parts in our Arakkonam warehouse. On-site response within 24 hours in metros.
Which pixel pitch should I choose?
Minimum viewing distance (metres) ≈ pixel pitch (mm). P4 outdoor for 4m+. P2.5 for boardrooms. P1.2 COB for control rooms. Engineers calculate the right spec free of charge.
How long does installation take?
10 sqm indoor wall: 1–2 days. Large outdoor billboard: 5–10 days. Rental event setups: 4–8 hours per 100 sqm with crew. Timelines confirmed in writing in every proposal.
Do you offer rental LED for events?
Yes. We maintain a rental fleet for concerts, IPL, weddings, and corporate events. Crew handles delivery, setup, live operation, and dismantling — pan-India.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes — and we encourage it. Arakkonam facility open Monday to Saturday. See SMT assembly, module testing, and 72-hour aging chambers. Book at info@vyomatech.in or +91 755 020 7550.
Are you GeM registered?
Yes — VyomaTech is a Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Certified supplier. Government departments (Central and State) can procure our LED displays directly through the GeM portal without a separate tender process.
What is your minimum order quantity?
No strict minimum. We work with projects from a single LED poster to 1,000+ sqm large-scale installations.
